NDIS Nutrition & Dietetics Information System
Nutritional assessment, dietary counselling records, malnutrition screening, and therapeutic feeding programme management.
NDIS
NDIS supports dietitians and nutritionists in hospital and community settings. It provides structured nutritional assessment (using MUST, NRS-2002, and STAMP tools), dietary counselling records, therapeutic feeding programme management (SAM/MAM protocols), and integration with OPES Lab for nutritional biomarker tracking.
Particularly relevant for Cameroon's malnutrition burden, NDIS tracks SAM and MAM cases across community feeding programmes with MUAC measurements, weight-for-height z-scores, and therapeutic food dispensing records.
Who is NDIS for?
- Hospital dietetics departments
- Paediatric malnutrition treatment centres
- Community nutrition programmes (NGOs, MoH)
- NCD clinics managing obesity and metabolic disease
- Maternal nutrition programmes
Problems NDIS solves
Malnutrition not identified at admission — MUST/NRS-2002 screening embedded in admission workflow — every at-risk patient flagged.
Therapeutic feeding not tracked systematically — SAM/MAM protocols with MUAC and weight tracking across every therapeutic feeding visit.
Everything in one system
Each module integrates natively — start with what you need today, expand as you grow.
Nutritional Assessment
Validated malnutrition screening with MUST, NRS-2002, STAMP, and anthropometric measurements.

MUST and NRS-2002 screening at every admission — no patient at risk goes undetected.
Anthropometric tracking
Weight, MUAC, and z-scores tracked over time — progress visible at every review.
Lab integration
Nutritional biomarkers (albumin, pre-albumin, Hb) imported from OPES Lab automatically.
Programme reporting
SAM/MAM programme outcomes exported for MoH, UNICEF, and WFP reporting.
